Common Issues and Quick Fixes
I cannot upload a document
Check:
- Folder selected.
- Required workflow selected (if enforced).
- Required metadata complete.
- You have upload permission in that folder.
I cannot approve/reject a task
Check:
- Task is currently assigned to you.
- Task is active/current step.
- Task does not require claim first.
- Signature prerequisites are complete.
Search returns no results
Check:
- Remove extra filters and retry.
- Confirm spelling/identifier.
- Verify document is not in deleted/expired context only.
- Wait for indexing on newly uploaded or scanned files.
I do not see expected menu options
Check:
- Your role and permissions.
- Tenant feature availability.
- Whether the module is intentionally gated in current release.
Notifications are missing
Check:
- Global notification toggles are enabled.
- Event-level channels are enabled.
- Email channel is available for your tenant.
