How to Use Deep Search Filters

What this helps you do

Build precise searches with metadata filters, save reusable searches, and export results when allowed.

Steps

  1. Open Deep Search.
  2. Expand filters.
  3. Add filter rows (field, operator, value).
  4. Optionally set status/category criteria.
  5. Run search.
  6. Save search if you will reuse it.

Saved search actions

  • Save: store current criteria.
  • Run: apply a saved search.
  • Update: overwrite criteria for an existing saved search.
  • Delete: remove a saved search.

Export notes

  • CSV export is role-dependent.
  • Export only after confirming filters and result count.
